Lauren Chase is an associate based in the firm’s San Francisco office and is a member of MoFo’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group.

Lauren represents clients in all stages of the corporate lifecycle across the consumer products and technology sectors. For those clients, she advises on a wide variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including financings, M&A transactions, and commercial contract negotiations.
