Lauren Chase is an associate based in the firm’s San Francisco office and is a member of MoFo’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group.

Lauren advises consumer products and technology companies throughout their lifecycle as well as advising venture capital funds on investment transactions and portfolio company issues. Her practice includes capital raising, structuring and negotiating financings, mergers and acquisitions, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. She serves as a business-oriented, commercially minded advisor on both transactional and ongoing corporate matters.
