Lauren Strauss is a corporate associate in the London office of Morrison Foerster. Her practice focuses on advising clients on domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments/venture financings, and corporate governance.

Before joining Morrison Foerster’s Corporate Department, Lauren was a summer associate in the San Francisco office during the summers of 2018 and 2019 and a Legal and Compliance Intern at KKR in 2019 and 2020. Lauren earned her J.D. with Pro Bono Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was the recipient of the John B. Hall Public Interest Scholarship and awarded a Certificate in Business Law. She also served as the President of the pro bono project, the Startup Law Initiative, a Senior Editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal blog, The Network, and a Student Associate for the New Business Community Law Clinic.
