Lewis Ball is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s London office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Department.
Lewis advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging company and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, derivatives transactions and general corporate advisory matters. He has experience advising multinational organisations, global financial institutions and private equity investors operating across a diverse spectrum of sectors, including technology, healthcare, financial services, energy and food & agriculture.
Lewis trained at Morrison Foerster, obtaining experience in Litigation, Equity Derivatives & Financial Regulation, Capital Markets, Insurance, Employment, Data Privacy and Corporate M&A.
Lewis studied law at Durham University, subsequently completing both his LPC and MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law with high distinctions.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Lewis was a paralegal in a leading national law firm, advising on a breadth of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Lewis is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
