Lindsay is an associate in the Technology Transactions Group of Morrison Foerster.

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Lindsay was a Summer Associate in the Technology Transactions Group.

Lindsay earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at law school, she was a Staff Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law and a board member of the Social Enterprise & Startup Law Group. She was also a clinical student in the Technology Law and Policy Clinic, where she focused on matters involving digital art.

Before law school, Lindsay worked as a paralegal specializing in private equity transactions at a global law firm. She also has experience working on emerging companies and venture capital matters.

Lindsay also holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
