Lingeng handles a broad range of disputes, investigations, and compliance matters, including commercial litigation, international arbitration, and internal and government investigations.

Lingeng received his LL.B. with First Class Honors from the University College London and earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar. During law school, Lingeng served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert D. Sack of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

  • A U.S. life sciences company in a Singapore-law governed dispute against a Chinese counterparty involving claims of breach of contract.
  • A global professional services firm in an investigation into allegations of bribery and corruption in connection with procurement in India, which involved investigations by U.S. enforcement agencies.
  • A global technology company in an investigation into allegations of misconduct in connection with procurement in Indonesia, which involved investigations by Indonesian enforcement agencies.
  • A global pharmaceutical company in an investigation into allegations of bribery and corruption in connection with its operation in China.
