Lisa has significant transactional experience in the logistics and data center industry, having advised clients on their capital raises, co‑investment platforms, acquisitions and disposals and downstream leasing arrangements.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Lisa worked at the Singapore office of a leading international law firm.
