Luisa Coxon nee Farmer is an associate based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Real Estate Group.

Luisa advises clients on domestic and cross-border debt finance and equity investment transactions in the real estate sector. She has experience advising financial institutions, alternative investment funds and operating partners on a wide variety of deals, including acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and acquisition and development financings. Luisa’s experience spans multiple asset classes, including residential, office and logistics.

Luisa studied at the University of Nottingham where she received her LL.B. Law (Hons) (First Class). She subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University (London) with distinction.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Luisa trained at an international law firm.

Luisa qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and is admitted to practice law in England and Wales.
