Lydia Cash, a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, specializes in patent disputes.
Lydia maintains an active pro bono practice. Of particular note, she successfully argued for asylum status in an immigration court and conducted expert witness examinations on behalf of a wrongfully detained former Afghan interpreter for the U.S. military.
At Columbia Law School, Lydia was awarded the Whitney North Seymour Medal, recognizing the student who shows the greatest promise of becoming a distinguished trial advocate, and won first place as the Best Oral Advocate at the annual National Native American Law Students Association Moot Court Competition.
Lydia is admitted to practice in Texas, the District of Columbia, and New York.
