Lydia Wang is an associate in the Transactions Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office.
Lydia’s practice focuses on general corporate transactions.
Lydia was a summer associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York and San Francisco offices, where she worked across the firm’s Transactional Department.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Lydia completed legal internships at several organizations, including: Pulsora, a startup providing ESG and sustainability management software to public and private companies; the New York State Office of the Attorney General, where she worked with the Bureau of Consumer Frauds; and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she worked with the Division of Enforcement.
Lydia received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Kent Scholar and a recipient of the Parker Certificate in International and Comparative Law. She also served as a student attorney for the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, staff editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, and program coordinator for the Human Rights Institute 1L Advocates Program. She received her B.S. with honors in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
