Lyna Luo is an associate in the firm's Finance group.

Lyna has experience in project development and project financings, mergers and acquisitions, construction, and a wide variety of commercial contracts. She has advised on a range of projects including hydrogen fuel infrastructure, wind farms, solar power plants, hydro-electric power station upgrades, social infrastructure, and industrial and commercial construction projects.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Lyna worked for a large international law firm in Singapore.
