Lyna is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group with a practice focused on energy and infrastructure projects.
Lyna advises developers and lenders on the development, project financing, and acquisition of energy and infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia and other emerging markets. Her experience spans power projects (in particular, renewable power generation projects including wind farms, solar power plants, battery energy storage, hydro-electric power station upgrades), LNG regasification terminals, and broader energy transition matters such as hydrogen fuel infrastructure, carbon credits and renewable energy certificates. She also advises on conventional infrastructure projects, including ports, airports, and social infrastructure.
Lyna regularly supports clients on the full project lifecycle, from early-stage development and structuring through construction, financing, and ongoing operational matters, and works closely with cross-border teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Lyna worked for a large international law firm in Singapore.
