MacKenzie Bennett is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

MacKenzie’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including M&A and private equity investments, venture capital transactions, and general corporate counseling to companies across the different stages of their life cycles.

Before joining Morrison Foerster as an associate, MacKenzie participated in Morrison Foerster’s summer associate program in 2022 and 2023.

MacKenzie earned her J.D. with a corporate specialization with honors from Santa Clara University School of Law and earned her B.A. at the University of California, Davis.
