Madeline Reed is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
Madeline focuses her practice on commercial and IP litigation, with experience spanning patent, trade secret, and contract matters.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Madeline was a summer associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group. In law school, Madeline served on the UC Davis Law Review executive board, was a member of Moot Court, and worked as a tutor and research assistant. Additionally, Madeline received Reynoso Academic Awards for earning the top grades in Privacy, Technology and the Law, Criminal Law, and Biodiversity Law. Madeline also worked in the Aoki Water Justice Clinic and helped disadvantaged communities access safe drinking water.
Madeline earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law and her B.S. from Cornell University.
