Mariam Zahran is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Department.
Mariam previously served as a summer associate at Morrison Foerster. She also has prior experience working at various nonprofit organizations in both a research and legal capacity.
Mariam earned her J.D. and a Business Law Specialization from UCLA School of Law. There she served as senior managing editor for the UCLA Law Review, co-chair of both the Business Law Association and the Muslim Law Students Association, and secretary of the Women of Color Collective. She received her B.A. magna cum laude in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a minor in history.
