Mark is a finance associate in Morrison Foerster’s Boston office.

Mark’s practice is primarily focused on representing banks and other financial institutions in single- and multi-lender transactions with regional, national, and international companies engaged in the areas of technology and life sciences.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a Summer Associate in the Boston office during the summer of 2022.

Mark holds a J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where he served as a writer and editor on the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. Mark also holds a B.A., cum laude, from College of the Holy Cross.
