Maryrose McLaughlin is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, based in the Washington, D.C. office.

Maryrose focuses her practice on patent litigation, including litigation in federal district courts and investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

She clerked for the Honorable Gregory E. Maggs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

Maryrose received her J.D. with high honors from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as student editor-in-chief of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and as a student attorney in the George Washington University Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinics’ Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic.

She received her B.S. summa cum laude in chemical engineering with a minor in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.
