Maryrose McLaughlin is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.
Maryrose’s practice focuses on intellectual property, including matters at the International Trade Commission and in federal courts and arbitrationn.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Maryrose was a summer associate at MoFo and served as a student attorney in the George Washington University Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinics.
Maryrose received her J.D. with high honors from the George Washington University Law School. While in law school, she served as student editor-in-chief for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. Maryrose received her B.S. summa cum laude in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
