Matthew is a finance associate in Morrison Foerster’s Boston office.

His practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in single- and multi-lender transactions in the technology and life sciences industries, among others.

Matthew received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School. During law school, he served as an Executive Articles Editor on the Boston College Law Review and externed at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Matthew holds a B.A. with distinction in political science and a B.M. with highest honors in music performance from the University of Michigan.
