Matthew Hadge is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group.

Mr. Hadge’s practice is focused on representing banks and other financial institutions in both single- and multi-lender financing transactions involving private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies.

Mr. Hadge has also represented clients on a wide variety of commercial financing matters.
