Matt Kwon is an associate in the New York and San Francisco offices of Morrison Foerster and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group.

Matt represents and advises startup companies throughout all stages of their lifecycle. He provides counsel on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate infrastructure and governance, angel and venture capital financings, tax, and securities regulations, for companies in a wide variety of industry sectors, including Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Media + Entertainment, Social Media, Life Sciences + Healthcare, Financial Services, and Consumer Products + Retail.

Matt received his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and his B.A. from the University of Southern California.
