Megan Bird is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
Megan represents clients in complex criminal and civil investigations and litigation. Before joining Morrison Foerster, Megan served as a legal intern at the ACLU of North Carolina and as a law clerk for the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary. She also worked as a summer associate at the firm, where she mainly worked on antitrust matters and pro bono eviction cases.
Megan earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she was honored as a Levy Scholar and graduated with the Exemplary Pro Bono Service Award (400+ hours). During law school, she served as a legal intern with the Advocacy for Racial and Civil Justice Clinic and was an articles editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law, in which she has a publication forthcoming. She earned her B.A. summa cum laude in political science and Spanish with a minor in statistics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she was a member of the full-ride Levine Scholars Program.
