Megan Sullivan is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group. Megan’s practice is primarily focused on representing banks and other financial institutions in single- and multi-lender transactions with regional, national, and international companies engaged in the areas of technology and life sciences.

Megan received her J.D. magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where she served as a student attorney in the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic. She received her B.S. magna cum laude, in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
