Melanie Lerche is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and member of the firm’s Finance Group.
Melanie Lerche represents clients in a broad range of corporate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, and asset-backed lending matters. She advises financial institutions, lead arrangers, private credit funds, and various types of borrowers on the documentation, negotiation, diligence, and closing of secured senior and mezzanine lending facilities.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Melanie was a finance associate at other AmLaw firms, where she advised clients on complex asset and real estate -backed facilities across manufacturing, technology, automotive, and banking industries.
Melanie received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an associate competition editor for the ABA National Moot Court Team. She earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University. She is admitted to practice in New York and Ohio.
