Melody is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. While at Berkeley, Melody was a student attorney in the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic, where she advised clients on facial recognition policies and litigated privacy matters in federal trial and appellate courts. She also contributed to the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and worked as a programming director for the Women in Tech Law Society.
Melody was a summer associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison and Foerster’s San Francisco office.
She received her B.A. in political science with a minor in Spanish from Stanford University.
