Meredith Ulle is an associate in the Litigation Practice of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.

Meredith’s practice centers on representing companies, boards of directors, and individuals in high-stakes government investigations and enforcement actions. She brings prior government-facing experience to her matters, having worked in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice earlier in her career.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Meredith served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and as a student attorney with the Michigan Innocence Clinic. Earlier in her career, she worked as a paralegal in the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section at the Department of Justice, where she assisted in dozens of major investigations and high-profile prosecutions involving corporate and individual misconduct.

Meredith earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as an executive editor of the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law. She received her B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Notre Dame.
