Michael Ahern is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s New York office.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Mr. Ahern clerked for the Honorable Eileen Bransten in the Commercial Division of New York County Supreme Court.

Mr. Ahern received his J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as a Notes & Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal. While in law school, Mr. Ahern worked in the Criminal Defense Clinic, where he represented indigent clients charged with misdemeanors in Manhattan Criminal Court. Mr. Ahern also completed a Student Honors Program internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mr. Ahern received his B.A. in History from Dartmouth College.
