Michael Santos is a corporate partner in the Transactions Department. His practice focuses on representing a broad range of investors, including institutional investors, private foundations, and public charities in deploying capital in early-stage and late-stage financings, mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and sales.
Michael also advises companies on structuring for impact, including through the use of benefit corporations, perpetual purpose trusts, hybrid or “tandem” arrangements between nonprofit and for-profit entities, and other alternative ownership structures.
