Michael Scheiner is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the Financial Services Group.
Michael advises banks, Fintech companies, and other financial service providers on a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters, with particular emphasis on payment platforms and deposit products and solutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a senior vice president and associate general counsel at one of the largest regional banks in the country. Prior to his in-house practice, Michael also previously spent time as an associate at another law firm in New York.
Michael holds a J.D. from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University, where he particated in the Hofstra Labor and Empolyment Law Journal. He obtained a B.A. in political science from Yale Universtiy.
