Dr. Michelle Goldhaber is a patent attorney specializing in biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent law, with a focus on patent drafting, patent prosecution, and intellectual property strategy for life sciences companies. She advises emerging and established biotech and pharmaceutical clients on protecting innovations and building strong, defensible patent portfolios.

Her practice includes patentability analyses, freedom-to-operate (FTO) assessments, and IP due diligence, helping clients navigate product development, investment, and commercialization decisions. Dr. Goldhaber has extensive experience managing U.S. and international patent prosecution and developing global IP strategies.
