Michelle is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Technology Transactions Group.

Michelle’s practice is focused on transactions involving a broad range of intellectual property and technology, with a particular emphasis on patent licensing arrangements, software and SaaS licenses, and emergent technologies. 

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle was a Judicial Extern to the Hon. Alexander F. MacKinnon at the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. She was also a Summer Associate in the Technology Transactions Group.

Michelle earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law with a specialization in Media, Entertainment, and Technology. She also holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
