Michelle Sosa-Acosta is an associate in the Securities Litigation, Securities Enforcement, and Investigations + White Collar Defense Groups in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office. 

Michelle focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, government and internal investigations, and white collar defense matters. She has represented public and private companies, government contractors, executives, and public officials in matters before federal and state courts, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. A native Spanish speaker, Michelle also has experience in cross-border disputes and has counseled clients on business in Latin America.

Michelle received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Michelle graduated magna cum laude from the University of Redlands with a dual major in public policy and women, gender, and sexuality studies.
