Miguel Torres is an associate in the Transactions Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office.
Miguel’s practice focuses on general transactions.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Miguel served as a legal intern for Roofstock, where he conducted various privileged and non-privileged research assignments for the company’s general counsel. In 2019, Miguel also worked as a congressional intern in the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., for his local congressman. Miguel is a recipient of the firm’s Keith Wetmore Fellowship and has participated in the summer associates’ program at Morrison Foerster supporting the Transactions practice group.
Miguel received his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school, he was involved in the Latinx Law Students Association as the fundraising and pro bono chair. He also spent a year as a member of the Community and Economic Development Clinic. Miguel received his B.A. in political science from the University of California, Riverside.
