Mika’s practice focuses on antitrust matters involving government investigations and civil litigation, including claims of monopolization and price fixing. Her work addresses complex issues in multisided markets, network effects, and digital markets. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of litigation, including trial, appeal, and arbitration.

Her experience includes representing clients in high-profile antitrust litigation through trial and appeal, including matters before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mika advises clients in a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology and software, and pharmaceuticals. She also handles a variety of commercial disputes, ranging from breach of contract to securities fraud. In addition, she maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and civil rights matters.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Mika handled complex commercial litigation matters at another international law firm.

Mika earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as online editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. She received her B.S. with honors from Cornell University.
