Mingqian Li is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison Foerster.

Before joining Morrison Foerster’s Transactions Department, Mingqian was a summer associate in the Palo Alto and Tokyo offices during the summer of 2020.

Mingqian earned her J.D., cum laude, from Washington University School of Law, where she served as a student attorney at the Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property Clinic. She holds a B.A. from Beijing Normal University.

She is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese.
