Mitchell Feldman is an associate in the Securities Litigation Group of Morrison Foerster’s Boston office.
Mitchell represents corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation and regulatory matters. His experience includes litigating claims related to state and federal securities laws, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting, shareholder disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, breach of contract, and other high-stakes matters. He has experience in both state and federal courts as well as domestic and international arbitration. Mitchell has represented clients across a wide range of industries including investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and technology.
Before joining the Morrison Foerster, Mitchell was a summer associate at the firm. During law school, he externed with multinational public and private companies in the technology and manufacturing spaces.
Mitchell received his J.D., cum laude, as a Keefe Scholar, from Boston College Law School, where he served as a senior editor and staff writer on the Boston College Law Review. He graduated cum laude with two degrees from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst: a B.B.A. in management from the Isenberg School of Management, and a B.A. in psychology and brain sciences from the College of Natural Sciences.
