Mitchell Feldman is an associate in the Litigation + Trial Practice Group of Morrison & Foerster’s Boston office. He also focuses on securities litigation and arbitration. Before joining the firm, Mitchell was a summer associate at the firm. During law school, he also externed with multinational public and private companies in the technology and manufacturing spaces.

Mitchell received his J.D. cum laude, Keefe Scholar, from Boston College Law School, where he served as a senior editor and staff writer on the Boston College Law Review. He also obtained his Massachusetts Mediation Skills Training Certificate. He graduated cum laude with two degrees from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst: a B.B.A. in management from the Isenberg School of Management, and a B.A. in psychology and brain sciences from the College of Natural Sciences.
