Represented Astellas Pharma in its sale of 16 off-patent brand-name drugs for approximately $180 million (¥20.1 billion) to LTL Pharma Co., Ltd., a company founded by investment fund Unison Capital.

Aetos Capital Real Estate

Represented Aetos Capital Real Estate in its sale of Simplex Investment Advisors, a Japanese real estate asset management firm, to Hulic Co., Ltd. for approximately $1.3 billion.

Sekisui House Residential Investment Corporation

Represented Sekisui House Residential Investment in its approximately $2.3 billion merger with Sekisui House Reit, Inc., both public J-REITs sponsored by Sekisui House Ltd.

Charoen Pokphand Group

Represented CPG, a Thailand-based diversified conglomerate in Asia, in its $1.8 billion cross-investment and strategic alliance with ITOCHU Corporation.

NEXON Co., Ltd.

Represented NEXON in its ¥98 billion global IPO, serving as issuer’s counsel.

Kenedix Retail REIT Corporation

Represented Kenedix Retail REIT in its ¥72 billion global IPO and follow-on global equity offerings, serving as underwriters’ counsel.
