Mohammed Alismail is a Corporate associate in the New York office of Morrison Foerster.

Mohammed’s practice focuses on advising on a range of corporate matters, including public and private M&A, private equity transactions, and general corporate and securities matters.

Prior to joining MoFo, Mohammed spent nearly two years at the Saudi office of another international law firm, where he advised on domestic and inbound M&A transactions, as well as general corporate, securities and antitrust matters.

Mohammed received his LL.B. from the University of Reading (UK) and his LL.M. from the NYU School of Law. Mohammed is a native Arabic speaker.
