As a member of the executive leadership team, Monique has led the development of key leaders, restructured the department for greater collaboration and efficiency across a global footprint, incorporated advanced technologies, and driven initiatives that consistently enhance employee engagement, skill sets, and revenue across the firm’s worldwide operations. Under her leadership and innovative approach, the HR team designs, implements, and evaluates firmwide programs and strategies that enable all employees to excel and deliver elevated levels of client service, while ensuring compliance across various regions.
Monique joined MoFo in 2017, bringing nearly 20 years of legal industry experience. She has held various senior positions in both HR and operations management that included key roles in a number of mergers and acquisitions, as well as leading teams across multiple regions in the U.S., Asia and Europe. Monique draws upon her extensive experience to ensure MoFo remains at the forefront in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. She is recognized for her strategic leadership and proven ability to advance global talent initiatives that promote the firm’s continued success.
