Morgan Maguire is an associate in Morrison Foerster's New York office and a member of the firm's Finance Group.

Morgan represents lead arrangers, investment banks, private credit funds, direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and other financial and corporate institutions in leveraged finance transactions and bespoke debt arrangements. Her capabilities include advising on acquisition financings, direct and syndicated lending, asset-based lending, joint ventures, and strategic transactions, as well as junior debt and equity investments.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Morgan was a finance associate at other leading law firms where she advised on complex credit and debt transactions across a variety of industries, including financial services, energy, retail, technology, and entertainment.

Morgan earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School where she was designated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She holds a B.S. in economics and a B.A. in political science, graduating summa cum laude from Virginia Tech.
