Morgan Rhodes Logan is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Boston office and a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group.

Morgan advises emerging and established companies in the life sciences industry on structuring and negotiating various intellectual property and commercial transactions, including collaborations, licensing, clinical trials, mergers, and acquisitions. Morgan has worked with biotechnology, therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, digital health, and agricultural technology companies.

Recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly on its Excellence in the Law list of Up & Coming Lawyers, Morgan’s experience includes representing founders who are licensing technology from academic institutions, as well as companies experiencing high-value exits, including IPOs and acquisitions.

Morgan maintains an active pro bono practice focused on family law, immigration, and asylum matters. She has been recognized for her commitment to public service through multiple pro bono awards.

Morgan earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she completed externships with Invest Detroit and the Mercury Fund. She received her B.A. in science & society, with a focus on cognitive neuroscience, from Brown University.
