Naoko Ueda is a corporate associate of Morrison Foerster’s Tokyo office.
Naoko holds an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo and J.D. from Waseda University. She earned her LL.M. from Stanford Law School and received an LL.M., with distinction, from the University of Vienna.
She previously worked for the Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan as a deputy director.
Naoko is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, and she is fluent in English and Japanese.
