Narutake Takasu is a partner in the Real Estate Group of Morrison Foerster Law Offices and represents both Japanese and non-Japanese investment banks, investment funds, and real estate-related corporations on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters with a focus on real estate investment fund formation, real estate finance transactions, real estate acquisition, sale and leasing transactions, and investment in distressed debt. He also provides legal advice on various financial regulations including the Financial Instruments Exchange Act, the Act on Securitization of Assets and on real estate related laws.
