Nicole Hammons is an associate in the Finance Group in the New York office. She represents and counsels borrowers and lenders in a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions.

Nicole received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a Jacobson Leadership Scholar, Executive Editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business, and Co-President of the Law & Business Association. She graduated with her B.A. from University of Pennsylvania.
