Niko Marcich is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Transactions Department. He represents high-growth startups and the investors who fund them, guiding clients through every stage of the company lifecycle - from formation and seed financings to growth equity rounds and strategic exits. His practice focuses on advising emerging-growth companies, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Niko earned his J.D. at The University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. in International Economics and Foreign Affairs at the University of Virginia, College of Arts and Sciences.
