Niko Marcich is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Austin office and a member of the firm’s Transactions group.

Niko represents clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and both issuers and underwriters in securities offerings. Niko also advises emerging-growth companies through their entire lifecycle.

Niko earned his J.D. at The University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. in International Economics and Foreign Affairs at the University of Virginia, College of Arts and Sciences.
