Nina provides comprehensive legal advice to clients in the area of tech and media regulatory. Her practice focuses on advising on the implementation of new legislation in the digital economy, such as the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, the Terrorist Content Online Regulation, the Data Act, or the CSAM Regulation.
Nina also helps companies in assessing the potential business impact of upcoming laws and regulations, as well as with their strategic internal and external positioning towards such initiatives.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Nina gained experience as a legal trainee at the office of a Member of the European Parliament.
Nina studied law at the University of Münster and completed her bar training at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf.
Nina is an Associate in the German office of Morrison Foerster in Berlin and a member of the Antitrust practice group.
