Nina Worth is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C., office.

Nina is a member of the litigation group with a focus on antitrust and white-collar matters. She has experience supporting domestic and multinational companies in complex civil and criminal litigation. Her practice includes representing clients across a variety of industries including telecommunications, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Nina spent both of her law school summers at Morrison Foerster. For part of this time, she was seconded at Amazon Legal where she advised on various litigation risks and international regulatory compliance matters.

Nina received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as senior editor for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law. While in law school, Nina was a research assistant for the Education Rights Institute at Virginia Law.

Before attending law school, Nina was an AmeriCorp Fellow at UNC Chapel Hill School of Government. Nina received her B.A. summa cum laude in political science and public policy from North Carolina State University, where she earned the William J. Block Award for service to the university and broader community.
