Noah Priluck is a member of Morrison Foerster’s Appellate and Supreme Court practice. His practice focuses on appeals and critical motions in federal and state courts across the country.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Noah served as a law clerk for Judges Leonard P. Stark and S. Jay Plager of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Before his judicial clerkships, Noah was in private practice, specializing in IP and complex commercial matters.
Noah earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While at Indiana University, he worked in the University Office of the Vice President and General Counsel, analyzing and categorizing every Second, Seventh, and Ninth Circuit copyright fair use opinion to help design a university-wide copyright tutorial. He was also a member of the Order of the Coif and an articles editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal. Noah received his A.B. from Stanford University and is a published mathematician.
