Omid Ebrahimzadeh advises international venture capital investors, founders, and high-growth technology companies on venture capital and growth equity financings throughout the corporate lifecycle, from seed-stage financings to exit transactions. He also represents clients in cross-border private equity and M&A transactions and advises on a broad range of corporate law matters.

He studied law at Freie Universität Berlin and earned his doctorate (Dr. iur.) from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where his research focused on corporate governance under German stock corporation law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal (Kammergericht), including placements at a leading international law firm in Frankfurt and the German Federal Foreign Office.

Omid is a senior associate in Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of the M&A Practice Group.
