Pablo Orozco is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Department.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Pablo served as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and as a summer associate in the firm’s General Transactions Group. He also has experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and emerging companies and venture capital transactions, including conducting due diligence, assisting with transaction documentation, and advising early-stage companies on entity formation and corporate governance matters, including in both English and Spanish.

Pablo earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was a clinic associate with the New Business Community Law Clinic, co-chair of La Alianza: Law Students of Latin American Descent, and an associate editor of the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal. He received his B.A., cum laude, in political science and Chicano/a studies, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
