Patrick Byxbee is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.

Patrick’s practice focuses on general litigation.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Patrick served as a legal intern in the U.S. Department of State, and both the Criminal and National Security Divisions of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Patrick received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School where he was executive editor of the Harvard National Security Journal. Patrick received his B.S.B.A. in accounting, summa cum laude, from West Virginia University.
