Paula Paprocki is a Senior Associate in the German office of Morrison Foerster in Berlin. Her practice includes advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including private acquisitions, ECVC investments and public takeovers, as well as the corporate law structuring of complex transactions.

Another key focus of her practice is advising listed companies on German stock corporation and capital markets law, on capital markets compliance and IPO readiness, shareholders’ meetings, corporate governance, employee participation programs and executive compensation.

She is also a co-speaker at the annual “Berlin Update Capital Markets Law” practitioner seminar held in Berlin.
