Paula Paprocki is a senior associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin. She assists with national and cross‑border M&A transactions and advises German as well as international clients on matters of corporate and capital market law, as well as on private equity transactions and public takeovers.

Paula Paprocki studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Bonn. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant in the fields of corporate/ M&A and capital markets law at well-known corporate law firms in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt am Main. Before joining Morrison Foerster, Paula Paprocki completed her legal traineeship at a major international corporate law firm in both Frankfurt am Main and Berlin.
