His practice primarily concentrates on national and international corporate tax law, as well as tax structuring and transactional advice. In addition, he regularly advises companies on all aspects of value-added tax (VAT), often with cross-border implications.
Philip Reichel studied law at the University of Potsdam, specializing in tax and corporate law. Before joining Morrison Foerster, he worked as a legal trainee at the German Federal Ministry of Finance in Berlin and as a research associate on tax law matters at several major international law firms.
